Rather, what program are they created with? I very vaguely remember my original copy of the game coming with some program, but I lost that years ago and am playing a collector's edition copy now.

I don't expect to become a master mapmaker, but it might be amusing to kill time with.

Is there a single place to find and download all these maps? I've always wanted to see if I could find them to explore them during downtime so I'm not going into the SpamVikings server blind on random maps.
