mint,huh? Never tried it, but it sounds cool. Glad it worked out for you. Out of curiosity, what drivers were missing for Blender that made you try out Mint? Were they modules that weren't in the default Ubuntu kernels? Were they specific versions of other libraries that were needed? I'm a steadfast...

Thanks for the welcome. I'll stop by here first when I fire up TF2.
I'm mainly concerned about the learning curve though, lol. Any good guides that folks could recommend? What's a good class to start with? I've heard the soldier is a good basic one though I think I'd love being an engineer. ;)
