I encountered a problem with my copy of Ut2004 as I cannot download any files from any server Including Monster Evolution,

I dont know why as AllowDownloads does equal to 'True'
Anyone know what the problem is?

As the title shows,when I go into the server browser the Monster Evolution server does not show up in the Assault section, this could ever be because I reinstalled my game or the server closed.

Note i did update the game to its latest version,
