Wail, why don't you try testing it yourself as a medic and see it for yourself once and for all? Not all medics use the EWC religiously. Your numbers and computations may be correct but it may not be working correctly in real time play. In one map, MMA>Bacon<MM said that he got 6 EWC's. I don't know...
