Can you tell me the rules of making maps, like can i put Artifacts in the map, like artifact spawns. Is there any forum topic about rules?

I'm not a mapper, just a player.

The mappers (Wraith, Monsto, Hornet, Zeus, Wail, et al.) are the ones that can tell you what makes for a good invasion map. There is a sticky thread dedicated to Invasion maps:

First nothing is off limits , but artifact spawns I bet would screw up the count amongst other things . Other then that the sky's the limit .
