So from the info I read at OCZ forums, I have to set my memory from the default 5-5-5-15 to 4-4-4-15, and also set the memory voltage to 2.1v

I'm new to this, so I did some research and from what I gathered 4-4-4-15 means:

tCL (CAS latency) = 4
tRCD (RAS to CAS) = 4
tRP (RAS precharge) = 4
tRAS (cycle time) = 15

Is that correct?

Thanks.

The other thing I read here and there was the 2T vs 1T timing. Should I try 1T, or keep it at 2T?

Out of curiosity what sorta performance does it give you? Noticeable? Slight? Good for games?

In my instance I'm not overclocking it. The ram I purchased it rated for these timings, but it requires an increased voltage so I have to set it manually. At least, that's how I understand it.

As far as performance, I would assume there is an improvement, but of how much I'm not sure.
