Case colors

WE were planning on basing a series of low volume high end gaming machines with the cases being the red cobra case from raidmax. it had cool led lighting (eyes) and a red mirror finish.

The processors and mother boards are to be the extreme edition series. The cpu in the demo is 3.75 gig w 2 meg cache. Did i meniton the case was to be red?

Well raidmax in thier wisdom is discontinuing the cobra and the samari cases. :angryfire:

Im asking the opinion of gamers I know and some i don't on the ones i'm considering. At the sugestioin of storm im posting this here.

The first case is also red. it is the rx9

the rx 9 has some cool features :

the second is the prescot ready SAGITTA in black it has a side window as well and blue lights. and SCREWLESS DRIVE BAYS, REMOVABLE MOTHERBOARD TRAY

for the lesser speed and heat processors i will continue to use the SCORPIO 868 from raidmax in yellow and possibally blue. i might also add the raidmax XA which has a blue lighted window in front.

I like the above case that Defiant is displaying in the above message, however for me personally, I would like it sans side window. If you like the windowed door look, the above is a great looking case.

Its cool allright but it costs

$64 more than the rx-9
72 more than the ninja
86 more than the sagita
94 more than the scorpio 868

and thats before you add the PS

how did you paste the picture? I tried copiing from the spreadsheet and it didnt work.

A friend of mine just last week bought the "stacker" tower. He paid nearly $300.00 for it. When he got it, he was very pleased with his purchase. I myself like the Antec Sonata cases. The size is just right for me, not too big, yet not too small, and the piano black really is sharp. First thing I do when I buy one (this is my second Sonata I have) is to throw out the power supply. Wish they sold them without, but I haven't seen that yet. The included ones are never high enough in watts to use them. Currently have a 650 watt power supply in it now.

To post an image it has to be availible on-line . ie have a url. If you have the picture stored on the web us the img button . Click img once past or type the address of your picture then click the img button again.

For all this sort of thing I use photobucket.http://photobucket.com/. Register with them and upload your picture to that site. Site makes it easy to edit if picture is to big will do it automatically with their edit button and scale adjustments.

If you use photobucket it will give you differant tags for differant apps. They have the img tag with your link . You can just copy and paste from photobucket to here.

who makes the stacker?

Last time I saw an antec case I wasn't pleased with the quality. it was also at compusa annother black mark. I should note the door had allready broken.

oh yess what was the power supply wattage? what does everyone think is adiquate for a new case?
