The console command is:
SelectAbility <ArtifactName>
For example if you want to select the Medkit artifact, you'll type in:
SelectAbility ArtifactMedkit

Since no class has the same artifacts double keybinds work fine too.
Binding Ammo Dump and Armor Supremacy both to the same key looks like this:

Very useful binds!!
If we don't do what we love, no matter if we do it all day we will always be unoccupied...
I added all the keybinds including the new alternative activation on the wiki for all people who want to make some.
