Hey, probably should have done this a few months ago but yeah anyway my names Rob and i go under D2F[Rob]. Few months ago I started playing on UI but heard about the death warrent server, swiftly changed servers :idea: and pretty much played solidly for a while! Had a break from UT for a while but i'm back now. Also play ONS but american servers are no good for that unfortunatly :( (im UK). So yeah, hey!

Vista's running great, from my experience i'd say never install it on an old machine though - lack of drivers seems to be causing the majority of problems.
Do you get sub 100 ping on the US servers? It gets on my nerves unless my pings about 50!

No I always ping over 100 but I never really get lag ! Seems strange but as most of the SV / DW will remember, my ping usualy sky rockets compaired to others but doesnt really seem to afect my game play.
On the subject of vista, my machine is about 6 months old now and I didnt have any driver issues just the OS is stupidly unstable !

I just had a more thorough go on the ons server and it actually plays alright (even on wireless). It seems to be a steady ping of 150+ though, but considering the amount i play at 200 on the inv server i'll get used to it :P. Tons of maps i haven't played though so it's gna take a while to get up to scratch!
