I decided to take a chance dling off utorrent. Getting decent speeds, but we're still looking at an hour.
Steve Plodge via the admin mailing list has just officially announed the demo was leaked and apologized. He has promised more information soon (for admins)

I feel a little fever and flu coming along... (COUGH)
Left my seed up.
Played for five minutes. Very different. All of my pipe bindings are gone, need to figure out how to implement them.
Seems a lot more damage orientated that 2k4.
Raptor fires secondary quicker.
Tank seems more mobile.
Definately more grounded, no floating around.
Scorp shoots little balls of something that plop.
Manta seems nice.
Skymine balls/shock balls are much smaller.
Hellbender driver can shoot!
Don't seem to have any problems with visibility of players.
