Did you play the single player demo or full game?

The single player demo is definitely chaos and lets you get shot way too much. If you set the skill level up on it though it gets much more challenging.

Multiplayer is not like that at all - much more realistic. You hit center of mass you kill. I was killing people with 2-4 shots to the chest and head. The feel of multiplayer is also not that chaotic. People take their time to get cover and use tactics to do well. When you get in a firefight it gets crazy, but most of the time its more fast paced as far as how quickly you kill/die.

I played it COD4 briefly. Found it chaotic. Hard to tell where you are getting hit from. Got hit with like 17 bullets and kept going.

anyway, if someone wants to point me in the direction of a dedicated server download, I can have a look see.

Also when you play it more you tend to get the feel for it and its not as chaotic as it seems at first.
Love the way the enemy helmets fly off with a head shot. When you wound a soldier his buddies come and help.
Speaking of getting shot 17 times...I guess that can be realistic as well. I was watching a show called Special ops....A Phoenix SWAT officer was shot 17 times by an AK47 (bad guy had a full auto ready and waiting at the door)... SWAT guy survived!!! All but 3 rounds hit his armor. The 3 that did get through went into his stomach.

Yeah, I only played the demo.

Looks like there is no dedicated server download. You have to upload the entire retail game to the server.

fun games?? well... Crysis looks really good... but the pc u need is rediculous! and hellgate: london looks pretty good too.. ill look in pc gamer for more things... i got a crysis demo and other stuff with it

I downloaded the crysis demo last night but never got a chance to play it. Also setup the COD demo to download today :blackeye:

I dont think crysis will be much worse to run than UT3 will it ?

Guess I missed this post. I'd be semi interested in another game. I am not giving my money to Epic this round.

I play Dark Age of Camelot on and off.

I play a free server in Europe so its instant level 50(no leveling) Realm vs Realm. Its alot of fun and pretty fast paced for that type of game. We play a small map with alot of seiging of the center keep etc.

Hey, cheap nice link, i tried to install steam. but i keep getting some retarded (Your computer is already in a installation please close this before you run the steam installation) or something.. i have looked throo every process on my pc and cant find a running installation
