It seems to me that in a world where you can get nearly an infinate amount of information on any given subject, ignorance of this level SHOULD NOT exist any more.

Yet we are in the same old position where a parent cant take responsibility for their childs actions and looks to the Government to take care of it. News flash you chose to have a kid its your responsibility and frankly I dont see why other tax payers money should be wasted on idiotic attempts to seal your children in a protective bubble, all because you have failed as a role model.
