smash bros brawl anyone?

so smash bros brawl comes out in one week. is anyone else getting it? i'll be posting my "friend code" when i do, but i'm not really that great at it. i just play for fun...

also, if you plan on getting it, circuit city is giving $10 gift cards when you pre-order and pick the game up when they get it.

I'm all over it. I know Namu is also going to get it and Damnidge is a maybe.

I saw Circuit City doing that deal, but unfortunately mine is an hour away :(.

i might get a wii in april and brawl will be on the top of my list of games to buy

OMG OMG OMG, 11 hours left!!!! I am going to get it at midnight and have some freinds over. We need to send each other our wii codes via email or something.. Lots of reviews out too, all giving good scores!!!!

I'm going to get it if all of you will - I am looking forward to finally playing my Wii online!

I am fairly sure I'll be in bed, but where would someone get it at midnight? What stores are open?

too bad DST doesn't start at 11 pm otherwise we'd get the game faster, right? lol :cheers:

good point about DST damnidge. I am going to try walmart first, then Gamestop, then bestbuy, then meijer.... then I will get pissed and start calling around.

you shouldn't have a problem getting it at walmart. but for gamestop, you need a reservation. as for best buy...i'm not sure. i don't know if they did reservations or it's just first come first serve. anyway, yeah, i'll be going to gamestop at midnight. i also went to the guitar hero 3 midnight launch. i got there before the store closed to get the reservation, then left and got back around 11:30...
also, sam's club is doing a midnight launch interestingly enough. and it costs like $45 there.

bestbuy.com has a search for which stores in your area are open at midnight.

I honestly won't wait in lines or search 100 places in the middle of the night, however, considering I will be coming out of a bar about then with the wife about 5 miles from a 24/7 super walmart, well, I'll take a crack at it then =)
