I took the name Frylock because at the time ATHF was one of my favorite shows, but also because my two roommates' personalities closely resembled those of Master Shake and Meatwad... so it fit.
When I decided to start an Adrenaline Master, I immediately thought back to the scene in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas where Dr. Gonzo advises Hunter S. Thompson to, "take a hit from the little brown bottle in my shaving kit." What is it? "Adrenachrome. This stuff makes pure mescaline seem like ginger beer, man." Supposedly it's the name for a drug made of pure adrenaline extracted from a living human brain. Sounded like a good name for an adrenaline master to me :)
Origin of your in game name?

My name does not really have an origin, but the idea for the name came from the so called "Riftshifters" in the game Dominant Species (long time ago rofl:P) which could teleport to the other side of a map through a crack the made between the real world and another dimension.
Timeshifter means nothing more then Controller/bender of time, which i think is an epic name:P

Fondue...fondue with cheddar for dinner tonight.
Nice, JDUB--not too many people are aware of this movie, for better or worse. It has it's moments, and some of those moments are incredibly (and uncomfortably) homoerotic, but Gene the cook takes all the fucking cakes that have ever been baked.
Mr. Kickass would be a sweet name, too...
Thanks, JDub...made my day.

If I had to guess, I would wager on your name being Mac-Bob-Alouie-Bibbly-Chim-Bibbles. That's your first name. I have no clue towards your other ones.
