banned for 100 lvls for stay AFK!!?

What the hell? whats that !!!?? omg i was kicked for saty 1 min afk! whats that ? and im banned for 100 lvls ? omg the last time i was banned for 20 lvls for saty afk 1 min. other time i don't know why but my char was reset ( but thx restore it ). but 100 lvls !?!? whats that ? man you must do that whe n some one is using a bot or is breaking rules, but for stay afk 1 min i was banned for 100 lvls!!! omg

please just stop this ban, i isn't normal. please

Well lets see, The server admins would like all the players to be active since you are taking up a player slot. There are many more players wanting to get in, then available player slots. This is just the beast, and you must go if your AFK. As far as the severity of the punishment, you knowingly went AFK, and you knew the consequences, but you continue to tread back into that territory. I see no reason why you shouldn't be banned the next time you continue to do so.

Maybe it's my old age, or my incredible reasoning, or my intellectual prowess, However I will not accept that you were kicked after 1 minute. It takes longer then that for someone to figure out you are AFK, alert admins, get them logged in, and actually remove someone. My experience is that we usually analyze the player for a few waves, which usually takes 15-20 min. So therefore the 1 minute argument is mute one.

My recommendation for you is to sit it out for awhile, think, go outside and get some fresh air. Before you know it the 100 levels will be up.

No one in the servers have ever been banned 100 levels for 1 minute
of activity. That in my experience would never happen. If you are asking to
be reinstated you need to tell us what was happening at the time.
If someone did ban you they will see this and respond. Being a somewhat
reasonable person I have to believe something else happened. Only two possibilites. 1 we made an error or 2 you dont quite remember what you did to get banned. Sence it has happened twice you mabe be doing something
contrary to reasonable playing practices and not aware of the infraction.
I'm sure we will find out what has happened. Oh by the way attitude doesn't help your cause.

yes it was only 1 - 2 min max ! i just go to take cigarrete to smoke mi sister ask me somthing i answer him and then i come back, and i see i was kicked :S the last i remember, i was killing on kichen map before start the new wave i go to take the cigarrete. just 1 or 2 min max.

but if someone stay afk 10 min he only is kicked, not banned for 100 lvls.. ( 94 now... )next year i can play again... xD no but this is injust 100 lvls !!?! omg

I also find it hard to believe you were banned for 100 levels simply for going afk. I have a habbit of that and the most I have gotten is 10. Not sure what you did, but perhaps if you can get some one who was on the server at the time of the ban they can help shed some light on what happend.

Envy, yes me too the first time i get banned ( i don't know why xD ) i was banned for 20 lvls. but this time.. 100 lvls is sow much.... 100 lvls are 2 or 3 days..
i don't remember who stay on the server when i was banned, we are only around 6 or 7 people and all are new people. i don't know any people at the time of my bann.
when i was banned, i try to see the admin but i don't see him, i don't see any DW> or something...

Perhaps asking nicely, might get you further in the future? But in the mean time, while I cannot see which admin banned you, I can see the reson given. The reason given was:

Glitching and being afk

Apparently afk was not the only reason.

I am going to lock this thread. I will ask that the admin who did the kick, please email me with the reasoning, and I will post it here for the sake of closure.

After speaking with the admin who did the kicking, I am to understand that you positioned yourself in a known glitch area of the map where you cannot be hit by monsters while you went AFK. There are two issues here:

1. Admins have the right to kick people who are AFK at any time. We will be quicker to kick when the server is full. There are no questions asked. We don't mind if you afk for a while when there are slots available. But on a full server, we reserve the right to kick at any time.

2. Glitching is forbidden for even a second. If you make an honest mistake, that's fine. We understand. However, anyone which we judge to be exploiting a map glitch will either be punished by a large level kick, or possible banishment. Again, it is our judgment which will decide this.

In this case, I have taken this opportunity to explain to you why you were given the punishment you were given. In return, I have reduced your sentence to 25 more levels (probably about 24 hours or so.) Understand that you officially now know what glitching is, and you know our policy on being AFK. There will be no more excuses.

For those looking to go AFK, if you really have to leave that badly, just go out there and die early in the round, then go do what you have to do. We won't even know you've gone AFK.

If you have any further questions about glitching, or any other MM rules, please contact any of the MM admins. I consider this matter closed and will discuss it no further.
