It looks like the only cards affected by the defects are laptop cards, at least according to the potential lawsuits.

I can't but chuckle. They sold cheap Chinese junk and new it was bad and kept selling it. I have a 7900 GS KO.Might be the only one on earth thats never had complete and multiple failures of it.
The 8800 bugged cards are another area just totally dropped the ball on.

I upgraded my son's pc with an 8800gts and then upgraded mine from a 8800 gts to the 9800 gtx black edition. Hopefully the liftime warrenty from xfx holds up, but that still a pain in the ass to swap them out. FUCKERS! :blackeye:
