You put on UT2004RPG first, then copy in DruidsRPG and they'll work together. As for monsters, there's the Satore Monster Pack which is pretty easy to get working, but after that it isn't really worth configuring DWRPG/MiniBoss Mutator/MM monsters etc. unless you're testing maps.
