I second that.

When do you guys use the minigun? Players seem to enjoy it but I rarely see them in action (at least vs MP5). I know I always use the MP5 over it unless I get lucky with the mini's modifier, and from what I can tell the MP5 does 25% more damage from any range. Just wondering btw :compress:

Other than magic modifier, mini gun is good whenever you don't want to run out of ammo so quickly. With the alt fire on that thing, you can keep shooting the same gun for awhile ;)

I think the Bio would actually be a good weapon if only it didn't run out of ammo in 5 seconds. Back when I used to play alot it did a terrific job keeping up my adren as an Energy +3, but it ran out SO fast it made it not worth the time.

I use the Mini like Boss described. Usually the alt+fire, as it take forever to run out of ammo. But if it's a high wave it's also useful to use the primary to spam Freezing, Null, or Knockback at flyers, because from what I can tell, it's primary fire is faster than any other weapon.

I use mini more or less depending on its magic. A petri or freezing mini especially with the same MP5 equals lots of dead monsters and virtually unlimited ammo with max ammo bonus. A mini of anything is useful in the right circumstance but it's rarely my primary weapon.

Bio is useful in some circumstances but not as a sustained use primary weapon. I once tanked Luci with a nrg+3 Bio and nrg+3 mines though I had to use mostly mines.

Well it seems the loudest place for the grenade is Nutcrackers testing facility. I don't remember if thats the one.

Nutcracker's Lair doesn't have the grenades.

All (if not most) Nightwolf's maps have them though.

Doesn't matter where it is, it's just plain loud :P

I think he was referring to Nightwolf's Testing Facility which thankfully doesn't have the EONS GL. It's a fun map. The "loudest" map is probably Watch Your Back where there is no escape.
