Is it in your "C:\WINDOWS\system32" folder? (mspaint.exe)
Cuz if so maybe your PATH is just foobared.

If not, then the most probable answer is that Lomondie, the creature from the Loch, did it...

yeah ty stupid me forgot you could just save it as JPEG instead of 16-32 bit bmp...
