in answer to your first question, no, there is not an easier way to make people leave when you are sitting in the spectator spot begging.

I do highly recommend you read the forums for Monster Mash! Tons of info about nearly every aspect of both servers are in those threads! If you have any other questions, please post them in the appropriate forum, or you can ask simple questions while in the server.
