sry...medics can get a INF hitscan med MP5 (the key words here) rite at the start of the game, delivering crazy dmg to monsters (with triple + lightning rod, medics arent too concerned bout adrenaline amt unlike am) and can heal themselves at the same time...besides the ewc is not totally gone u know...

JulianKingOfNothingButMP5, sure meds would join u...just dun keep asking people whether they have ewc...this question seem to pop up in every game...

But we have to use the mp5 ONLY through the whole game for the EWC's effect, AND we get sod all in the way of resupply and recall. You have your bonuses too you know, recall and resupply are things that I wish medics had every day.

If you're so worried play on MM3... no mp5 there, just a load of snot whores :D

Ah geeze, we should kill this argument before it's revived.

  • MP5 is great.
  • MP5 is going to stay.
  • EWC is a good idea to upgrade med's weapons.

Simply becauase there was an issue regarding Vorpal +22, and if you had take time reading the forum more you would have seen the post about it. Vorpal +22 was abused in the past, some AM were camping (EXACTLY LIKE THE MP5 WHORES BTW) and were vorping everything. The double magic modifier was REMOVED for almost 6 months for this reason. The only reason why we did bring back the double magic for the AM class was because we did find a way to LOWERD % chance of vorpal on the shock rifle and others weapons.
Honestly... this whole thing of the EWC is ridiculous. Ok, limit us to one use on a medic gun but don't go nerf it for all the medics. Total nonsense.
You have ABSOLUTLY NO FREAKING idea about how powerfull the EWC is on the medic mp5... I'm tired losing my time explaining NOOBS like you about this issue. Come back when you have a real argument, right now your just full of bullcrap!

actually, tbh, +22 vorpal shock shouldnt've been something to discuss about, i mean, isnt it normal if you have an insta-kill with +10/+11 with probably every 2nd shot, then every shot would be insta-kill with +22?
thats the game.

now we got the mp5 thing going, wich is good for medics. overpowering or not, they dont have to look for good weps, just do the medic mp5!

BUT! what do we have for WM's ??? sure they may got all weapons, (and your not granted the weps that you want, not by far) but no artifacts at all. they'd have to collect everything or ask for em.

i dont care about the mp5 issue, i'd rather care about giving the WM class a reason to play.

and if anyone of the DW staff, who actually cares about making stuff more balacened between the classes on the inv servers,
just do it like UI (Unreal Insanity) did it back then. Simply just remove the Spider Mine Layer pickups, and also from the lockers, so only WM's get it. that was a good deal back then.

I don't like the idea of restricting certain weapons for mappers to place in their maps. Although I don't agree when they place all weapons in one public locker, but I lean towards the idea to have a spider mine pickup as a reward for the secret.

By the way, this isn't Unreal Insanity, and if everything was perfectly or near perfect balance....then we'll be playing in a dull world.

I was just being sarcastic.. because the vorp shock also is powerfull, so my point was: 'stfu mage, mp5 stays'

ohhh so ure scared that ur "superweapon" might go....in this issue we dun need mp5 whorers like u anyway :spunch: Anyway get thru your thick "wheres my ewc? anyone?" head that the MP5 by consensus anyway is staying. EWC staying too. So is vorpal. its not like vorpal an instagib 100% of the time, as Franky said. NEITHER IS IT INF, so u cant whore it. anyway u get more exp from spamming inf med mp5 and killing a monster than vorpaling a monster. why dun u try being wm or am for once?

Medics no need resupply...They have an inf healing weap! Why recall? MP5 always comes back! Actually i think for balance medics should be able to buy recall. That way they dun always rely on MP5 which u always get when u respawn...

Strangely all those who only shun and criticise me are medics...LOL. They dun want to lose their "superweapon" in exchange for a more balanced game.
Note i never say u must ban MP5.

ahh...u still can get mine layer pickups from dead monsters...gd idea to make ml exclusive to wm though. the classes might look more distinctive. (freakin tired to see thousands of mines everywhere in ml maps)
