Im trying to join the chicago invasion server but the trouble is im getting this message when trying to join.

Wait 4 more levels.

A bit about me, i use to be an old regular player a year back and i've come back happy to see your servers are still up but i never encountered this problem before so if i could get some assistance that would be much appreciated.

If there are levels kick active on your account that means that an admin has kicked you from the server. There are a number of reasons for this, the most common being idling in the server. Or the player has done something against other server rules. Level kicks are not permanent bans. They will eventually expire. Every time you log in, it will tell you how many levels you must wait until you can play again. In your case, at the time you wrote this post, you would've needed to wait for 4 more maps to be played before you could rejoin the server.

This is a message that someone gets after they have been kicked for a certain number of levels/maps due to the breaking of some server rule (most commonly glitching, idling for numerous waves, mid game voting, bad language, etc.) It's stating that you must wait until 4 more maps have been played before you can join the server.

If this is the first time you have attempted to join the server in a year then perhaps someone else is using the same GUID as you (i.e you shared your CD key with someone or it is a stolen key) and they were kicked.

In any case, by the time you read this the 4 levels will surely have elapsed and you should be able to connect.

Umm. Not likely. That means there are 100's of asshats out there just waiting to misbehave on our servers (as you've already seen).

Pay the $10 for a legal copy of UT2k4 and you'll have none of these problems.

It's been posted and stated elsewhere but here it is again....

If you choose to play with an illegal copy of the game, you face the consequences of your actions.

If you choose to share your CD key or GUID with others, you face the consequences of your actions.

The outcomes are as Snaggle stated....someone WILL do something stupid and that GUID will get banned. It's not a case of -if- that will happen, it -is- only a matter of time.

Thanks for replying, im afraid i am using a CD-KEY from a torrent.

At the time i had some overdraft charges on my bank account so i couldn't spare the cash to buy the actual game with my own CD-KEY.

Now next week i'll have the cash to purchase it, seeing as your invasion servers are the only reason i play UT04 i'll buy the game because i love it.

Besides i have 1 last question.

If im to purchase the game with a new CD-KEY how could i use the same account as i wouldn't like to lose my level 51.
