Is there a mod watching this server at all times? I ask because for all the years that I have been playing on this server, I have never saw or heard such harassment than I have heard today. We had major problems from [V]3N+47 today. Which is totally messed up considering today is a holiday (not like it matters what day it is).
It all started when the server switched me to another team, then I switched back to the original team that I was on when it let me. Then [V]3N+47 started harassing me, and about half the other members also were slammed by him. I couldn't belive the language leaving his mouth, racism, sexuality, and other remarks that would leave members banned for life on other servers. Most people play games to have fun and relax, not to get harrased. Foul language is expected, expecially when your team is losing and it is getting frustrating, but there is a boundary that when it gets crossed it turns into a major plaque in the server.
I have been on this server sense it has started, even though I haven't had a membership in these forums, I belive most of you seen me on there for many years. Obviously, I have never been banned or had a complaint that required me to register. Never in my life have I ever complained about another player, expecially posting about it, but when someone goes to that length to demoralize that many people, and for that length of time, there has to be something done about it. It will kill your server over time. People will just stop playing on your awesome server. All because of 1 person.
I don't know the circumstances. I do not know why he decided to be a troll, perhaps he had a really bad day. But there has got to be a stop to it. Other wise I can guarantee people will stop using your servers.
For what it is worth, I threated {V}3N+47 that I would turn him in, and his remark was 'go ahead' and he started laughing. And then he started harassing even more members. This is sooooo messed up that someone has to make a post for this to end. I hope other members who where there will also chime in. I hope I never have to go to such 'low lengths' to post about someone ever again. I feel this was totally justified and hope other members agree.
But anyways, have a happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Ok, THIS is the real reason I was checking the forums tonight. I wasn't there to witness the team switching, but from what is described in Slayer's post I know to be true because it has happened to me as well.
I can however say that I did witness the harrassement on Mental's part and it wasn't a pretty sight and completely uncalled for considering that IT HAPPENED TO MENTAL HIMSELF NOT LONG AFTER!!! But did that stop the harrassment? Nope. He continued long after the initial incident and his own switching experience.
As far as any screen shots or video evidence is concerned, I don't think anyone thought the harrassment would continue and get to a point where it was needed so I don't know about Slayer, but I don't have any. I am just here to say that I witnessed and can colaborate everything that he said.

Sorry, I hated to post something like this. I'm not here to get anyone banned, just thought someone needed to put their foot down on the situation. We need a old Indian peace pipe and a gathering. It was approx. 2:00pm-4:00pm Pacific time, and it lasted a while.

It was nevermore tankmeup. Slayer was on the losing team, his team sucked. He was the highest scorer of that team. Beginning of 2nd round, he changed to my team (winning team). I asked him nicely (check the server records) 'cmon slayer go back to your team'. He never answered nor did I see him even try to go back to his original team. DW_ChiefBarney was there if you need another witness. So I kept badgering him about it turned out to be a crappy game and ended predictably. Slayer showed no sportsmanship what-so-ever and no conscious in changing teams to the winning team. Yes, I called slayer 'pussy' for changing to the winning team. In part, this was my attempt at pressuring him to go back to his original team so we can atleast have a half decent game. If everyone were to change teams everytime the one they're on started to lose, who'd be left to play?
Slayer - if your team is losing, give them guidance, yell at them, curse them out but why the F*** would you change to the other/winning team? YOU WERE YOUR ORIGINAL TEAM'S #1 SCORER! I've never seen the server change the top player to the WINNING TEAM! After you changed over our team (winning) had 1 EXTRA player! Whats with that? That didnt look like the server did that by anymeans. You're also full of it man, you never even once tried to change back to the losing team, even one dorky noob kept spamming at slayer to change back to his original team and he never did. In addition to that, few maps later, Slayer tried to tell people I was the one who changed to the winning team. The regulars on SV know me better than that. Ask around. The argument rolled over to the next few maps needless to say. And I continued to tell people how slayer changed teams to the winning team.

As for PASTOR. 'nuff said. He's a douchebag on his own. Even when I used to play on OMNI over 3 YEARS AGO the dingbat was badgering to get me kick/banned. When I started to play on SV early this year, he continued to harass me. I Couldn't give a crap bout him - that's why I have him MUTED. I'm not surprised he sides with you slayer - half the games his team starts losing he bails on them and leaves the server before the match is over. As they say: "Birds of a feather flock together". I will say this about Pastor though, regardless of what I think of him, I've NEVER SEEN HIM CHANGE TO THE WINNING TEAM.
Learn to have some sportsmanship slayer - even in video games it counts!

Pastor, if anyone gets banned for harassment, you should be the first. You've been harassing me since 3 years back and I've learnt to mute you early this year. And I'm not the only one. Half the drama on any server you join is initiated/instigated by you. Video evidence? How bout some of you trying to team kill me with the bender and raptor on dria tonight? Atleast 1/3 of the regulars would be happy to have your pie hole stuffed up.

You know what, the server log file should show it all. You were using the microphone most of the time, but there was text that would get most people banned, too bad there is no record of microphone chat. As everyone knows, I don't use a Microphone.
People told me to ignore him, because the more I tried to explain to him that the computer switched me, and I switched back as soon as I could, the worst he became. Then he started to hammer the people who were telling me to ignore him. I couldn't believe the amount of people who were against you. Obviously there has been problems in the past with you. I do not recognized your name, as far as I know you were new to this server. But others were saying that you are a troll every time you log onto the Death Warrant server. But I can't comment on that because I never heard it in the past, and we (as a server) never had problems eighter. For the record, I didn't hear anyone say anything about switching teams until that map was over. Then your explosive language occurred and never stopped until you knew you were turned in. Then you behaved and acted normal. But it still didn't stop you from trying to provoke me and others. Not once did I curse at you, nor did I provoke you, unless saying that I was going to turn you in provoked you, but most people stop when that card is pulled. Perhaps there is a reason other people were trying to get you banned in the past on Omni-Potents, perhaps there is a very good reason why you are playing on Death Warrent and not on OMNI, like a perma-ban? I can only speculate.

There is a point where things get taken too far. I feel you crossed way over that boundary. Perhaps I crossed that boundary also by turning you in. I could have let it pass through one ear, and out the other. But the problem with that is how long would have that lasted? 2 hours or a month? How many other players have to go through that shit? How many people have to quit before this server gets shut down? I don't know if you noticed, but most of the other UT2004 servers are empty, with a few that are still going strong.
I let the bad mouthing, name tarnishing, the faggit calling, and homo calling slide for at least 1 hour, but with in that hour it didn't get any better , and it spreaded like fire to some other players. I couldn't help my team much during that, I was getting pissed, and you almost got me to sink low enough to sink to that level also. Is that what you consider fun, distracting others by harassing them, calling them names, nagging them on for a reaction? I know you don't, I don't think you realized what you were doing because you were pissed at me over the same situation that probably happened to you, the server switched a player to another team, and that player switched back when they could.
Listen, everyone has their bad days. I have had those days where my comments does no one any good. And there were the rare days where after I was done for the night, I hoped no one would turn me in and I would get banned over a few comments I made to others. I believe everyone has those days when playing UT2004, it is so competitive that it just happens.
