I should have added something to it really. You have experience of playing the game like this, knowing the ins and outs. Maps like trainstation give new players a chance to ask questions without worrying overly much about death. Well, those that seem to be allergic to the wiki :ssmile:

Those maps and others - yes, even Akbal - are over-played. If I do vote Akbal, it's only because it's the lesser of two evils. :sevilgrin: And your map removal option is a variation of my idea where the more often a map is played, the longer it takes to become available again, without removing it completely for an arbitrary number of days. As for newly added maps, it would be nice to see them at the beginning of the list so they get more easily noticed.

A similar but less feasible idea to encourage playing other maps is that the more often a map is won, the harder it becomes (by increasing the monster level by a map-specific factor) to win the next time. Once the win-lose ratio reaches a certain point, the difficulty is reset. Harder maps would never reach an increased difficulty because their win-lose ratio would never reach the won-too-often value (unless Franky is playing). :swink: However it wouldn't be reasonable in reality. For one thing, it would punish new players who just found the server.

Ironically that is one of the things I have added. The top bit is no longer a pointless box, it is now the control room, or at least poses as one. The front is glass that you can see through, there is only one ledge to stand on now, just the top one.
:ssurprised: Sounds good. I was thinking the upper platform could be an observation deck but a control room is even better. And doubly ironically, getting rid of the platform's lower ledge is something else I'd like to see. I hope yours will be easier to jump onto. I've never liked the way the lower ledge intrudes on jumping up to the top ledge. Let me know if I can help test the map.

Hehe, if you weren't going to do one I was. You should so do it so it's up in the clouds. The players basically walk on a blocking volume that has cloudy emitters in it XD

Lol. I've got a few maps to finish myself yet. TrainStation for one and the final tweeks to Elemental_Colosseum, which should then be ready to finally put on the server :ssmile:

Don't remove the secret rooms and make some faster adrenaline in the safe room for the lower levels. Also, add lockers so that it would be easier to get weapons in higher waves. :sspeechless:
