What's that flip thing i see mercenarys do?
It's their magical ability. Every time they do a flip, they obtain 156 adrenaline so they will potentially globe for a few seconds.
Very much like the Titan's Berserk ability. Whenever they pound on their chest after they slain the enemy, they will be granted a permanent boost of damage done to their enemies.
Also you may notice Brutes have to reload their guns. This grants them additional ammo bonus so they can shoot spammy rockets. That also have a 4.72% chance of shooting a redeemer.
This not only occurs to friendly monsters, but also to hostile monsters. Like the seekers, every time they kill someone, they land on the ground to do their taunt animation, and if they happen to notice a player that didn't shoot the pass 2 minutes while they're doing the taunt animation, they will pull them through the walls and killing them regardless if they have ghost or not.
