Eh, this is kind of a meaningless thread.
1) I highly doubt Terminator was cheating. However, he does have a sick 1 hop connection to Chicago, which does give him a pretty nasty advantage.
2) Even if he was using a trigger, good luck getting evidence of that.
3) If you think someone is cheating, don't type "OMG Player XYZ is cheating" in chat. Instead, silently go to spec and record a demo. Then review the demo in slow motion with Rypel Cam. If you still believe the person was cheating after reviewing the demo, then PM an admin with the details and demo file.

Seems really unlikely. I've played with Terminator a ton in Freon, he's a low ping bastard which makes his hitscan really deadly (particularly with a weapon like SSR...), but it's not superhuman.
Update (for the curious):
I actually happened to have a demo of Terminator playing Masterbath (I record lots of demos). I reviewed the demo and saw no indication of cheating in any form.
I'm fairly confident that what is going on here is ping differential (and ONS players running in straight lines).
Having a high ping (~75+) hurts you in two ways:
1) What you see is not what actually is.
2) When you fire, your shots do not take place at the time you perceive them to take place.
Having a low ping (~40-) helps in two ways:
1) What you see is (usually) what you get.
2) When you press fire, it is usually counted in the time you perceive it.
Yes, it sucks, but there isn't really anything that can be done about it AFAIK.
I suppose it might be possible to code a mod that creates artificial delay to a client with a ping below a certain threshold. Say set a minimum effective ping of "60." Player A has a ping of X where X < 60. Then the server waits an additional (60 - X) milliseconds before sending the tick to Player A. And the server holds incoming packets an additional (60 - X) milliseconds from Player A before counting them. This would effectively give everyone a minimum ping of 60, but if your ping is higher than that you would still be at a disadvantage. I guess you could also enable enhanced netcode (which would help with hitscan weapons), but UTComp is not stable for ONS and will crash the server.

I wouldn't guess that he bots, but I remember a time not too long ago when he was not that good at all...like, at all. Then, seemingly overnight, he got decent with hitscan.

Point being made- Just saying there are players that are really good at this game that play TAM/DM. I participated in a CTF Pug last night and got my ass handed to me by some INSANELY skilled players that were in the competitive scene back in the hayday of UT...Just accept the fact that there are some amazing players in games. You should of been around in 04-06 when this game was competitively played.
