When you downloaded it the second time, did you crash again? If so, what did the UT2004.log file say?
One of the things that's bothering me is the message. MyLevel is a universal name in 2k4, and it should not be missing.

I don't crash it's just that a get that and I have to go back to server menu or the title screen, It won't even ATTEMPT to download the map it just displays this, It could be because I got a BSOD after it downloaded.

If you're not downloading the map, then it's most likely that you have Acatana in your cache still. I would go to your UT2004/cache directory. Find the cache.ini file. Open it. Find the associated file name for Acatana (should appear as a random string of characters). Find that file in your cache folder to delete it.
Note: At times the cache.ini file doesn't update when purging old cache files; it may keep stacking copies without purging the old files in the list. You could have Acatana listed more than once in the cache.ini. This is not a problem, but just giving you a heads up that you may have to check for multiple files.

He told me that he crashed immediately after downloading the map. That lead me to believe that the file was corrupted. I'm glad that this issue is resolved.
