I encountered a problem with my copy of Ut2004 as I cannot download any files from any server Including Monster Evolution,
I dont know why as AllowDownloads does equal to 'True'
Anyone know what the problem is?
Not allowed to download files on any server.

Not entirely sure about your issue...but if you've recently installed/reinstalled UT, did you make sure you patched it up to the current version?

Scroll down to the Essential Files section and grab the patch or the MegaPack which has the patch, Editor's Choice edition content and some maps.
