I know this game is old and server had been on for many years. Most players had move on from ut2004 due to many reasons. And there are some new players who brought from steam. However, they join and left the game after they got owned. Most low level player are actually high level before. Guess they start a new character name.

My main worries are what if there will not be low level enough players one fine day onward. Max DR, vamprism will be useless. The only way is piercing, poison, vorpal 22 deemer and enough pill to survive. High level wm and mm especially.

I mean i will be part of the players community to play this server for as long as dw continue to host invasion.

How does the monster level and rpg stats cap really work? Consider there a few monsters who pose threat at level 25. Raptor start being deadly at around level 70. While wave 13 raptor is more deadly than other wave raptor.

Will it be possible to add a code to rpg section that force a cap to monsters level. Maybe a cap of Level 100 to 150? To the extent that max dr work their point and medic weapon getting damage and xp.

This way we could increase the damage on the current deadly monsters in game. Some of them ignore dr. Maybe you could add a modification to other monsters.

Having a cap monsters level when high level wm and mm can rambo with max dr and quickfoot. Dealing damage. And some monsters that deal instagib damage would still cause pressure to this 2 class.

On other hand, seeker, slith, waillord do good job to prevent am to tank.

Our suggestion will probably be ignore.

So, my question : will there be minor update soon? To freshen the server.

The answer is yes. Last night I was working on updates for the Monster Mash servers.

The things you are concerned about are things I would like to address and have been on my mind for a long time. The next server update will not address them, but I will do something about these issues eventually. (I can't give a time frame but hopefully not too long.)
