Personally I would greatly appreciate your help finishing the optimization of sun tzu le. We also have a few other projects in the works so maybe we could throw some ideas around... hit me up on xfire... tzchaos

This map is trying to get on TWL, its not just some map that will never see the light of day.

Im under the impression that this is vitually the final product, are there any other modifications planed?

not really. there are a few minor things like some painting on the ground and fixing an ammo count at two of the primaries. oh and smoothing the terrain for a manta at one of the pimaries.

the main issue is really just trying to get the frames better without dumping all the detail in the map. to dump the detail would ruin it.

I emailed it to wrath@clandw.com, so which ever email that is linked too would have recieved it. Its basically my opinion what could be optimized, so its not so crucial. Also it had the download link supplied below.

Yeah no way we built this from scratch... that’s the next big project... hehehe

I just added the new primary nodes, fixed the stairs, the vehicle placement, weapon pickups, node layout, lighting, some mesh and terrain work, and some other stuff I don’t completely remember... lol

Pretty much as is beta8a is 90% done... like ST said minor terrain smoothing/painting and mainly just optimizing performance. Basically I want the next public release to be final.
