How do you set up a Redirect? I visit a Lan party here in my local area and we are getting tired of loading all the new maps we want to play on everyones PC. Our Lan's consists of approx. 15 people if that helps any.
Thanks, and I hope this isn't a dumb question, lol

No question to dumb to go unanswered, well for the most part.

Try this for starters.

I believe you just have to allow downloads, and increase the maxclientrate. It says that it can bog the cpu down so dont set it crazy high.

In addition to Hornet's suggestion, if you are using publicly available maps then you can use the public redirect server pool like this in your server.ini:

[IpDrv.HTTPDownload]
RedirectToURL=http://uz2.gameservers.net/ut2004/
UseCompression=True

Snaggle.

We know, but thanks for the reminder. Also if you get an abnormally slow download off a redirect just reconnect.
