Put it in the map download section under ONS. I looked for the message Toxic had posted with no luck, so I goggled and found and used this program before making it available in the download map section. Works great.

I was a little put off when I discovered ut just renamed the map for the cache. There is a master file with the name of the files and what map it really is. I just wrote a bash script to rename the files. I am sure there is a way you could do this in Windows, but I don't know how.

It works very well on XP.
