Hey all! Here's a link to a recent interview with Mark Rein and Jeff Morrison of Epic.
Talked quite a bit about the single player game....mentioned their interest in taking the user created content from the PC version and putting it on the game consoles...."fully playable now"...."got to do lots of optimization on the PC side"...and the kicker..."We'd like to ship in 2007...this Fall, but if the game's not done, we won't!"

Yea, this waiting is a drag, but if the vids are any sign of what we'll be playin' it should be worth the wait. I do have to wonder though and we may never know, but how much of this is just marketing and hype? Either way we'll get the bangs...they'll get the bucks and hopefully there will be smiles all around!!

It was disappointing to hear it go from march or april to june, now it's pushed further back to fall of this year, and thats still a given from when the interview was done? Disappointing to say the least. I really had my hopes set for june release. Oh well, I guess I have plenty of other things to do anyhow.... :blackeye:
probably the real reason they changed the name from ut2007...cuz it won't be until 2008 before its out...lol
