When I'm gaming or want some energy (basically what you are asking about) I'm into Pantera, Pantera, and more Pantera. I also listen to Mushroomhead, Hatebreed, G&R, Black Sabbath, etc.
Overall I listen to a bunch of different music, not just metal.
Desko's list is pretty good too - except for Metallica - they are a bunch of sell-out bitches.

Never listened much to metal Damnidge. But I might give it a whirl and see. I mean, should keep you hyped and on edge.

Just give me some good old German Rammstein and i would be good. But there are other music also that i love listening to. I have about 173 GB of music on my hard drive so i have plenty to listen to.

Haha, Army, idky, but I found the first song very amusing. I'm not sure what they are saying but I definetly heard coca-cola and wonder-bra :-) And it was kindda funny seeing a man from India smoking a pack of cigs made in China. Kindda funny. But after hearing that song and watching it, I wish I could speak every language out there. But I only know 3 :-(
