I dont know any English tutorials, only Dutch ones.

But you need only a few tutorails to start, after that you'll understand everything and you dont need tutorials anymore :D

All of mine are for UT2004 unless indicated. They still tell you nearly everything you need for UT3:

If mapping is becoming a hobby then the book mentioned earlier really is worth it, the tutorials are particularly good.
