is the lag from their textures? couldnt some1 make them.. like less detailed?
no, lag usually comes from the detail of the model its self aka its polys, or if it has "extravagant" effects. The texture one 1 creature like that will use will be so insignificant towards the impact of your fps that its not even worth looking at...in fact if i were a betting man, i would guess that player skins will have more texture detail than the dragon model will have, if anything they will be equal. only time textures really start to cause an issue, is when you have multiple (and by multiple i mean tons) of textures of high resolution.Tazcrosblade_ wrote:is the lag from their textures? couldnt some1 make them.. like less detailed?
