SVA Club Idea - Need feedback

The intention is not to prevent people from wearing the SVA tag. I think we will modify the SVA tag a bit to show you support the community by being an officially registered member. ($VA came to mind, but that might be a little obnoxious :blackeye: ) The only thing I want to do with this is to get you guys more involved with us, foster a relationship with each other, strengthen this community, and to ensure that if we want to scrim with the SVAs, or have a tournament, etc, that we're talking to legitimate SVAs, and not just someone throwing the tag on for a day to get in on the action.

oh..what the heck. I would support the DW servers.. even if .. I didnt had a name.. or a tag.. That so much administration dedication very well deserves. it.. I'll set up my paypal accnt as soon as this upcoming week.. I mean IF i lived in Dallas.. few hours from here I'd go daily Dust off the Server Units.. chek on the connections .. and clean em up and the cooling fans ... with Dedicated Server Cleanser .. :)

I thinik its a good idea to get people to pay. Rich, you pay lots of money to keep the server going so we can have a lag free server that runs like a pro server should. I personally think that you should open the club to give extra incentive to donations. If anything its a good idea just for that reason alone. The second good reason is that people can come together and know that they are a true SVA and take pride in it, almost like its a clan. I would personallly get lots out of that. I've never been a member of a clan but I would like to. Maybe if there's room in the future I can become a DW, but that's up to you and DW to decide that.

I'm going to need a bit of time because of all of my server troubles. I'm having to abandon my current provider and move everything out. My first priority is to get Spam Vikings out of here. After that, I'll look to move the other servers. So unfortunately, we might be looking at 1-2 months.

Sorry for the delay guys. The last thing I expected, or wanted to do was uproot everything and move.

Will probably be able to get in play time during the week when son is out of school for summer. Work nights so very hard to get on during week :sad1:

I love the idea, though I'm too bloody tight with my money. I hope it goes well, though, and everyone knows I'm an SVA at heart. :cat:
