Whats this tickrate setting? I tried looking for it on google but everyone talks like they own a server, which I don't ... so Im kinda lost on the discussion. ;-)

Server side setting only . Try tweaking you netspeed in your user.ini if your man enough and want to experiment with varios settings.
Wanna have fun Set FOV 80 or whatever the lowest setting is . then set Netspeed 2000. Freaking wild. Unplayable unless your a fish. GLHF and always backup .

Server failed to send send ONSBPTextures...is there something I need to do here. I cleared my cache. Dummy it down if you dont mind. I will keep playing my Scott Adams aventures on my commadore V20.

Oooops!
THX Toxic the update allowed the BP for textures to load. Then gave me a "Downloading package 'ONSBPSounds' failed : Server refused to send 'ONSBPSounds'.
