Also, I like the 16 players bit. Unless the number of monsters are increased per wave, there would be too many people not getting any kills. Spectating slots would be nice, maybe two. Also having main bosses every 5 or so waves would be cool. Servers last night had 22 waves, which might be a little too much? but they had a couple lucifers on wave 10 as a midpoint boss. I thought it was a good idea.
Hopefully Toxic's server will run better than the other server with an added store. I already have resupply and damage bonus and still bought specialties for weapons b4 making a leap into the chaos, mostly vorpal & null. Since the past few days when the store was taken off of the server there have been at least 30+ ppl asking where it went and that they enjoyed it. People who were quick to key up and say that it lagged and wasn't necessary also happened to be ppl who had 110+ level and did fine w/o it. The store happens to be 1 of a few reasons why I'm at what level I am today.
Call me pushy but I don't agree. Being able to change weapons on whim with earned credits is a main reason why I became so addicted in the 1st place to the RPG server.
On a brighter note the suggestion of having a big monster to defeat after every so many waves sounds cool. Not sure about haveing more then 1 luci though. HAHAHA, maybe you can make your own bad monster kinda of like the Giant Marshmellow man from Ghostbusters :laughing5:

Just add a mutator that it will only give nutcracker vorpal and infinity weapons +10 and call it a day.

I'd say instead of people vs. monsters, I'd prefer to see people vs. people, with each different skin maybe getting special skills. Like Necris = Uber Strong. I saw that in the mutators that come out of the box in the game.

I think we need to have all those monsters on there. I've seen servers with all of them on.

IMHO< The store is nice , but it sorta side steps the reason for the differant class's . I can heal on the fly , up my weapon power no real need for medic or adren master .
If the store is not availible it will only make you work more as a group and I bet you won't be stealing the adren away from the master.

Toxic thanks for the RPG Invasion server. I can't speak for anyone else but I would like to see the shop feature that Nut was talking about.

but I beg to differ, I have been in games were an Adren. master asks not to be bothered after a certain level in the game and a medic is very hard to find at times. The shop doesn't replace these but gives a player the opportunity to customize or even change a negative weapon into something useful without having to suicide and try to re spawn with different weapons.
Also many of the guy that don't have problems with the bosses have more levels than half the guys on the server combined.
Nut has it right also with the hit sound. really like that.

Well the bottom line is this: If the store has not been released publicly (and I don't think it has) I will not run it. If I need it to get people to play on this server, I will either:
a: offer to pay for its use
b: abandon this whole effort.
I appreciate your candor on this. I have started working on it, but it will take quite a bit of effort overall. I would be really unhappy if it sat empty.
