No I can see the usefulness of the hoverboard but that doesnt take away the fact its slow feels crapy to use and when you fall off its like an instant concusion ! I know if I were in a battle and id fallen off id be straight on my feet not wanting to die and all...

yea i think that when u crouch on it you should get a really big speed boost but like less turning

I love the game now that i can play it.
Only thing i don't like is how slow the rocket launcher rockets travel.

I think the slownees balances out the potential damage it can do though. Imagine near hitscan rockets that can kill in one direct it!

After playing for a week a lot of my initial criticisms have gone away.
Vehicle gameplay has some problems, but not too bad.
DM gameplay feels good to me. Looking forward to CTF without vehicles.
Aside from the UI/Community features, the only things I really want changed are a fix for playerscale/viewheight issues and the Manta.
Weapon switch times are about #4 on the list, as they seem a tad slow (Maybe 10-20% faster would be okay), but most of all the inconsistency in switch times.

after playing a bit...i like...
-how the manta controls...mainly just cause it seems easier to flatten people.
-the mini gun alt fire
-the hellbender can shoot and drive at the same time. yay
-the vehicles from war of the worlds. hehe. they even make that noise and the weapon fire is pretty much the same as in the movie.
