This basically offloaded processing from the VC to the CPU. On SunTzu I was no longer getting stuttering but I was getting 30FPS. So, it is like making a deal with the devil, damned if you do, damned if you don't. At this point it may or may not be worth redoing some of the textures. But that would requiring isolating which ones are doing the problem. In DM/TAM the maps are small enough you could probably figure it out. Not sure in the ONS maps. Don't recall if there were any stock maps with the issues.hey guys, well i might have fixed the problem with my vid card for UT2004 only. other games im not sure. but here is what i did
1. open the UT2004.ini file
2. find the line that says UseHardwareTL=True
3. switch it to False.
It seemed to have worked for me in Waisten-Tam but i have yet to try it in dreamus. tell me if this has worked for you guys. Thanks

Well, like I said, I have moved on. I am tired of spending money on products that companies refuse to support, however.
It will certainly play on my mind if I ever have to get a new video card. And I don't think that I will go back to Epic anytime soon.
