it has happened to me 6 times now(yes i have been counting lol) on crumpet alone once on another map which i cant remember the name of since ive started playing which was a couple of months ago i think maybe longer but hey maybe im just seriously unlucky lol

So why is it that crumpet is encountering this problem? It's a simple map & bugs like this shouldn't happen.

It is the most tightly packed map on the server... I doubt there's a specific bug attached to it.

Its not a bug in crumpet, the map is small with most peeps that have died are respawning in a tight group. Lots easer for a mass killing by the critters.
I think one thing that happens is as you become higher level and are able to stay alive longer you spawn in that group less often. I have noticed that they don't kill my high level player with 1 explosion.

yeah it happens on crumpet quite often but its pretty rare to see it on other maps but it does happen. n yeah its just bcoz crumpet is such a small map. most other maps u just gotta be really unlcky like moi obviously for it to happen. either way its still really annoying lol.

Then maybe simply fixing the player starts so not every 1 spawns bang in the middle of the map, or putting a blocking volume over the player starts so the explosion cant happen as soon as u spawn

Ya i have never had it either, And dont think it's a problem, but others obviously do. whether its a large enough amount of people to justify change, is another question.

Btw shards, i was bored and decided to make this, what u think...

lol i never said it happened on a regular bass just that it always seems to happen to me, so i guess im just the unlucky sod that always get obliterated at the start of luci wave on a regular basis and that its bugging the hell out of me :s
