You need to unbatch them, i cant remember the cmd at this time as i use a auto script

Hmmmm. i cant remember

Maybe wail or shards or sum 1 can find it , ive lost it in my brain.

once you unbatch they will appear the .ucl's etc which arent cached and then the mutators will appear.

I don't know what unbatching is, but I tend to either create a ucl manually or, if it's too complex, download it properly from the internet. For example, this is for the MP5:
BalancedZenMP5_BETA5 wrote:Mutator=(ClassName=BalancedZenMP5_BETA5.MP5_Mutator, ConfigMenuClassName=BalancedZenMP5_BETA5.MP5_Mutator, GroupName=BalancedZen,IconMaterialName=MutatorArt.nosym, FriendlyName=BalancedZenMP5_BETA5.MP5_Mutator.FriendlyName, Description=BalancedZenMP5_BETA5.MP5_Mutator.Description, FriendlyName=BalancedZenMP5_BETA5.MP5_Mutator.FriendlyName,
FallbackName="-= MP5!!! =-", FallbackDesc="MP5")
(Btw the spaces are just so it fits on the page)

I just search in the files for the word 'Mutator' and I can create one.

Ya that is what unbatching does automatically , for instance if you load DWRPG into it, it will unravel each mutator in that one package.
