-- Guys after looking this map I dont really see it with so much future.. its just huge and unless you want to sacrifice a lot of the sm and do really big changes to volumes and the terrain and thats just part of the job , theres still to see vehicles, nodes etc.. that will take really a long time .. mmm .. thats a big job there ..
Wraith,
All I did was download the one that Toxic has up on the website.
If I do that without making any changes and do a build all, I get this weird thing on one of the glass pieces in the blue base.
I will try downloaded and unzipping it again, since Alpha said he did not have the same results.
Regardless, I do get a bunch of warnings and errors about navigations points, etc, which means the guys wasn't too concerned about some of that stuff, which scares me a bit. Who knows what else could be wrong if he did not fix the obvious things.

Ok, I unzipped a fresh copy from the zip file. I opened it up in the editor. Without doing anything else, I hit rebuild all.
After clicking ok at all of the error messages, I then fire it up in unreal. I then switch to the blue team, the level starts, and...
I go over to the glass, and one of the square pieces is messed up. In addition, one of the tunnel glass pieces is messed up as well.
If the stock level does not even build correctly, then I think we have bigger problems. But, it may just be me since Alpha did not seem to have a problem.

- I didn't .. indeed.. but just by looking at that map I really chickened out .. thats too much work and to even be not sure if a 'final work' will be a playable for 32 - Wraith are those really high volumes on the map actually usable 100% as they are? ..
Set it to low, let the user decide how much eye candy to turn on.zeus wrote:FYI, it was already set to medium.DW_Wraith wrote: Here is the location to find that graphics setting, click on view level properties then click on level info and you will see MeshLODDetail, its currently set to ultra, change it to high or medium and see what happens.
