The Eons gives nothing but headshots on some monsters which means higher scores which means a distortion on the game. Been there done that one not highly used in maps for a reason ;). Once again been there done that!

yup it even HS vores which is fun btw lol. i just couldnt remember whether it had the smoke or not? =D

No smoke on the EONS Sniper, and it gives you a visible tracer beam (good for adjusting your aim if you miss).
As far as distortion of the game - I think the weapon itself is fine, although I am not sure I would want people regularly running around with Vorpal EONS Sniper Rifles.

Instead of adding in a headshot-all Sniper rifle... *hinthint* Why not remove the smoke so the Sniper Rifle is actually a good weapon for PVM?

To be honest no matter what is done to the sniper rifle no smoke/smoke it is still going to be a pretty much useless weapon after about wave 4. I mean seariously come on how many high level players do you see running around globing with a freakin sniper rifle?? dont get me wrong ima sniper rifle freak, just ask nightwolf lol. I love playing with a sniper rifle, in any game not just UT, but in MM it is just not a weapon that is any use unless you want to get some head shots on the first few waves. So i for one really can't understand why you are so narked about the sniper rifle having smoke when it is fired, its part of the game get over it n move on.

Guess its just me, I never even considered the sniper rifle a viable weapon in monsters.
I find the lightning gun and the sniper rifles fire rate just to slow except in rare situations
where we are hiding to be of much use.

It might not be a good as a PetaMP5+6 or an InfMP5+4 but when a vorpal sniper +10 is the only decent weapon you spawn with.. it sucks when you have to go out and die right at the beginning because all your other weapons are useless.

But still... there is no point in the smoke. So why not take it away? It has no purpose on this server and only hurts people who actually like the gun.
