I tried the mini vorpal once and it seems that the effect is less than on an shock rifle.
Should it be that way?

Well here's one example ( i take the am as example(my am) with at least 4 nrg weaps):

You were out of the field luckily mashing Monster and u ran out of ammo from ur nrg flak.You switch to ur nrg rox. After running out of ammo you switch to ur nrg zencoder. NORMALLY i wouldnt use the nrg link mid-game,just at luci to save the ammo, than after this wave ive got still like half ammo with my zencoder. in the meanwhile the nrg rox+flak gets some ammo back cause of resupply and new wave. Usely the second wave there is not a problem with the ammo. but then at the third wave i cant go out like half the wave. :/
thats why i posted in another thread that resupply is kinda a bit too weak.
And yeah i got max ammo!

I think at 0 ammo bonus it's set to 35. I'm assuming you only got 100 ammo bonus.

You need to get some more ammo bonus (In your scenario, 200 ammo bonus will last you 6 waves while 400 ammo bonus lasts you 12 waves). I doubt you'll be fighting for five-six waves straight without a break (unless you're playing Akbal or Cheaps Cavern :P
