Toxic is that one person that disappears into the backround, analizes the situation from begining to end, and steps forward with statements that leaves everyone... well, spechless really.

That's because he's been here from the beginning and still is here today. I wont tell you who he is (since that may lead you speechless again), but he knows his stuff after doing this for eight years.
