Still the same % PL on level3.net around 50% -- But dont mind me im getting loss even from my router to the winMTR for some wierd reazon .. :idea:

We have played maps that were supposed to lag tho with almost full server cpcty and Not a bit of lag yet here.. or any complains ..either..

ae-5-5.ebr1.Atlanta2.Level3.net - is causing us the most trouble to get to the server at least for the people here in Texas .. with a rounded about 50 % loss ..
Don't have a real comment on any current ping or PL issues that may or may not be occuring (I'm having no problems at the moment) but I'd just like to point out that the Level3 hops in Atlanta have been a problem for far longer than you've been experiencing here for your server.
I obviously can't recall if that particular hop ID was one of the several problem ones we were dealing with back then but I remember Cain's had endless problems with PL from various Level3 hops in Atlanta for literally years. Cains is gone now of course, but it was an issue for his server right up until he closed the doors if I'm remembering things correctly and it was never fully resolved after more than a few strenuous communications from Cain and others.
My point? Expect Level3 to talk a good game if you contact them but it's doubtful if you'll ever see any substantial improvement in performance if you're unfortunate enough to be routed via their Altanta routers.
