Wave 16 linkers get a lot yes, waves before no because the main xp is from the sprees not the kills (if that makes any sense).

problem wont it not be fair for high lvls we would have bought this stuff in the beginning but now we have to play for months buying nothing else just to get what the low lvs would consider a new basic skill what about giving every1 like 50 pts to spend so they dont have to be at a disadvantage compared to the ppl with it already

Start a new character!!!! Taz you can also consider that high levels may have points sitting around, because they have what they want and don't need to put them anywhere else. Stop your bitching, none of this has been putin yet, and it sounds as if it will be higher level skills, meaning 75 or 100 level requirement before you can buy.

what about cool but totally useless things like being able to be on fire or glow :P only for lvls 150+

How about a piercing or rage artifact. Could make for some interesting combos. i.e An energy link coupled with a piercing artifact would be devestating. Temporary artifact say for 30seconds (last ditch attempt kind of idea) Can only be used once per wave.
