We are currently working on this. I honestly have no idea when we will be ready to do it taugh, but it will eventually be updated.

Yes, shield regen (for MM) and Weapon Mastery (for WM) will be included in this update.

I think you must be confusing shield regen with the life shield weapons. Entirely different things.
